Cancellation Policy
$35 cancellation fee for 24 hour notice of cancellation. There is a 75% charge of service for notice of same day cancellations and 100% charge of service for no call/no-show appointments. Same-day service downgrades (ex: switching from a full set to a brow wax) are treated the same as a cancellation and will incur the regular cancellation fee.
